The shape of these gold tabs is reminiscent of an antique optometrist's lens.

The "handle" easily folds back to secure the tab in place. You can stamp on the metal or try adhering a tiny embellishment onto the tab.

Cut small slits into a piece of paper, insert, and bend the handle back to secure.
