Shipping & Handling for Canadian Orders & Payment Options for Canadian Customers

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders usually take 3-10 business days to reach their destination.

For those of you residing in Canada, you know that this can sometimes mean two weeks or more. We appreciate your patience.

A 30 business day time period MUST pass before Canada Post will look into a missing package on our behalf.

We, unfortunately are unable to re-ship orders, until a query has been submitted to Canada Post (after the 30 business day mark).

Shipping & Handling fees are as follows:

If, for some reason you need your order to reach its destination more quickly-please contact us prior to placing your order, so that we may give you some other shipping options (i.e. Express Post or Priority Courier). We will require your postal code.

We accept the following methods of payment for Canadian orders:

Certapay:

• simply add your items to the shopping cart
• do NOT use the "check out" to finalize your order
• copy & paste your order in an e-mail to: orders@papiervalise.com
• we will verify the order, add the appropriate shipping and handling charges & gst to your order
• we will send you an e-mail confirming your order total as well as send you a Question & Answer ( this is considered the password for us to receive the payment) that you will need to send your payment to us via Certapay
• you will need to go to your on-line banking account; choose E-mail Money Transfer & proceed, using the instructions given by your banking institution
• Easy peasy & super quick!

Paypal: Visa--- Mastercard---AMEX--- or Transfer from a personal bank account

• simply add your items to the Paypal shopping cart
• when you have finished shopping, use the "check-out" option
• Paypal will ask whether you have an account, or wish to set up an account , simply follow their instructions to process your order
• Alternately--you can cut and paste your order & send it to: orders@papiervalise.com and we will send you a "request for funds" through Paypal.

Money Orders: Canada Post or Bank Money Orders

• simply add your items to the shopping cart
• do NOT use the "check out" to finalize your order
• copy & paste your order in an e-mail to: orders@papiervalise.com
• we will verify the order, add the appropriate shipping and handling charges and gst to your order & send you an e-mail with your order total
• Money Orders can be made payable to: Papier Valise & must reach us within 10 days from your ordering date. When we receive your money order, your order will be shipped right away.

• we will verify the order, add the appropriate shipping and handling charges and gst to your order & send you an e-mail with your order total
• Personal cheques can be made payable to: Papier Valise & must reach us within 10 days from your ordering date. Once we receive your cheque, it must first clear our bank account before your order is shipped. This can take up 10 days. We will let you know via e-mail when your order is shipped.
