All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Orders can take approximately 7-21 business days to reach their destination.

We are not responsible for International packages once they have shipped--they then become the responsibility of the postal service.

The minimum average shipping charge is $10.00. This is what most orders will ship for.
IF you are charged a higher price for shipping i.e. $16.00 and your order weighs less than 300g we will of course refund you the postage difference. This also applies to the next postal rate tier.
Heavier items = more postage. We'll let you know!
Once we send you a Paypal invoice for any additional shipping (if applicable) - payment is appreciated within 3 days.
Non-payment will result in your order being re-stocked.
