IMPORTANT

YOUR ORDER WILL BE TRAVELLING THROUGH 2 POSTAL SYSTEMS & 2 CUSTOMS DEPARTMENTS TO REACH YOU-this takes time.

If you have moved & have NOT changed your mailing address with PAYPAL, & your parcel goes to your old address----you are responsible.

We will not issue refunds, nor will Paypal for this oversight.

NEED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

It is VERY EXPENSIVE--approx. $45.00-50.00 per package. If you need this option, please email us so we can send you a Paypal invoice once we have had your package weighed..

The fees below are standard AIR MAIL shipping.

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Orders usually take 7-14 business days to reach their destination.

Also, please take into account that all packages entering the U.S. are inspected if being shipped from another country. This can cause a delay in your art goodies getting to you.

We appreciate your patience.

A 30 business day time period MUST pass before Canada Post will look into a missing package on our behalf.

We, unfortunately are unable to re-ship orders, until a query has been submitted to Canada Post (after the 30 business day mark).

Shipping & Handling fees are as follows:

**Hawaii & Alaska -please e-mail us prior to using the "check out" option on the website. Please include your zip code.

If, for some reason you need your order to reach its destination more quickly-please contact us prior to placing your order, so that we may give you some other shipping options (i.e. Air or Courier). We will require your zip code (this requires us to make a trip to the post office). This usually takes up to 24 hours.

Paypal: Visa--- Mastercard---AMEX--- or Transfer from a personal bank account

• simply add your items to the Paypal shopping cart
• when you have finished shopping, use the "check-out" option
• Paypal will ask whether you have an account, or wish to set up an account , simply follow their instructions to process your order
• Alternately--you can cut and paste your order & send it to: orders@papiervalise.com and we will send you a "request for funds" through Paypal.

International Money Orders:

Please ensure that you request the correct money order at your postal counter.

We can only cash "International" money orders (we cannot accept the green postal money orders, as they cannot be cashed in Canada)

• do NOT use the "check out" to finalize your order
• copy & paste your order in an e-mail to: orders@papiervalise.com
• we will verify the order and add the appropriate shipping and handling charges to your order & send you an e-mail with your order total
• Money Orders can be made payable to: Papier Valise & must reach us within 10 days from your ordering date. When we receive your money order, your order will be shipped right away.

• we will verify the order and convert it into U.S. currency and add the appropriate shipping and handling charges to your order & send you an e-mail with your order total
• Personal cheques can be made payable to: Papier Valise & must reach us within 10 days from your ordering date. Once we receive your cheque, it must first clear our bank account prior to us shipping your order. This can take up to 10 days. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is shipped.
